If you use the contact form we receive the name, email and message you send, so we can reply. If you buy, our third-party store provider collects the information needed to process the payment and deliver your files; MATRIX MUSIC receives order details but never your card number.

This site does not run advertising trackers.

Your contact details are used only to answer you and to deliver what you asked for or bought. We do not sell your information.

You can ask us to show or delete the information we hold about you by contacting us, and we will honour it. Payment and order records held by the store provider are governed by their policy and by any records we are legally required to keep.

The checkout and file delivery are operated by our store provider, and the site is served by our hosting provider. Each has its own privacy policy covering the data it processes on our behalf.
