MATRIX MUSIC sells instrumental beats under two licence types. A LEASE ($19.99) is a non-exclusive licence: you may use the beat under the licence terms while others may also license the same beat. An EXCLUSIVE ($199.99) transfers exclusive use to you and the beat is permanently removed from this site.

Every purchase includes a written licence naming the beat, the tier and the date. The album 'Yes, This Is For You' is sold privately by enquiry, not leased.

Checkout, payment and file delivery are handled by our third-party store provider. Your card details are entered on their secure checkout, never on this site, and MATRIX MUSIC never sees or stores them.

Files and the licence are delivered by the store immediately after a successful payment.

Because beats are delivered instantly as digital downloads, sales are generally final. If something is wrong with your order, contact us and we will make it right. Refund handling also follows the policy of the store provider used at checkout.

Instrumentals and cover art sold here are created by MATRIX MUSIC using AI-assisted production tools, then mixed and mastered before listing. This is disclosed in line with content-transparency rules such as the EU AI Act.

You may not resell, redistribute or re-license the beat itself, register it with a content-ID or streaming-royalty system in a way that blocks others (on lease tiers), or claim authorship of the underlying production. Full usage limits are set out in the licence delivered with your purchase.
